Stellar 2-night stay. Had everything we wanted -- clean, comfy beds, quiet, short drive to downtown / Atlantic Ave, the beach and great restaurants. Tom is a very engaged host to ensure you have a good stay. Super-fast replies to any questions, and was flexible to make our stay more productive -- I know this wont always happen but we're glad Tom worked with us.

I’ve stayed at a lot of air bnb rentals and this was hands down the best one I’ve been to yet. Came up to Asheville for a guys trip and was immediately sold on how beautiful the house was, the surrounding acreage, the hot tub and the incredible game room. The house was in immaculate condition, and offered a variety of ways to enjoy it: in the game room playing pool and Nintendo switch, having morning coffee in the living room, a night time outside fire in the fire pit and walking around the peaceful neighborhood. Catherine is the type of host you hope for, responsive and on top of all the details. She truly cares about your experience and wants you to enjoy and get the most out of your stay. It’s a short trip from downtown, with a beautiful drive on the way. It couldn’t have gone better and if I ever come back I would stay here again.

We stayed at Tom’s property toward the end of January. The location is perfect. Located in Pineapple Grove, it's a short walk to restaurants, cafes, galleries, and the Atlantic Avenue area with its bars and live music. Check out the Pop-Up Bagel shop for hot bagels. We enjoyed walking everywhere. The apartment includes two parking spaces in front. One of the best features is the Cabana Beach membership. No need to bring chairs to the beach. Simply arrive, and lounge chairs with umbrellas will be provided. The property comes equipped with a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. I enjoy morning-brewed coffee, and Tom does not disappoint. He had a Keurig coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, and a grinder. I brewed fresh coffee every morning. Tom was an excellent host. He responded immediately to any question. He was very flexible when we had to extend our stay due to Superstorm Fern. If you have the opportunity to stay there, you will not be disappointed.

Thomas was excellent at communicating! The interior was clean and well kept. The exterior could use a little work but was pleasantly surprised with the inside. Great location as well!

Catherine was wonderful right from the start! The house was perfect for our girls weekend allowing us to enjoy the peaceful area but also be close to downtown. We were 15 mins from downtown and enjoyed all that Asheville has to offer. The home was perfect and clean and the host was sweet and helpful!

Apt was very clean and in safe, quiet neighborhood. You could walk to Las Olas neighborhood for lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. Nearest Water Taxi stop is about a mile and was safe for us to walk home. Thomas was very responsive and apt had several nice touches: well-stocked coffee bar, folding chairs, plenty of silverware and plates, pots, pans and cooking utensils, basic spices, teapot, blender, high chair, iron, space heater. Even had safety pins that came in handy! Girls: I especially liked the three-drawer bathroom vanity. I was able to unpack all the make-up but didn’t have to clutter up the sink. Comfy bed and balcony was nice for morning coffee.

Tom was super responsive from the start as we had several questions since this was our first trip with our little one. The location was a short drive to Atlantic Ave with lots to do. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, stocked with all amenities you’d need.

Tom's place was such a great find, we plan to return in the future! Tom was very responsive and made us feel welcome from the beginning. He checked in and offered to help with any suggestions or anything we might need. The apartment was clean and had everything we might need. The beach passes were a huge plus, they got us 2 beach lounges and an umbrella at the beach. We look forward to coming back! -Rita

We had a wonderful stay in Delray Beach! Our group of five (four adults and one kid) felt very comfortable and at home. The parking was easy, which made everything stress-free from the start. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking meals together, and the living room was a great space for hanging out, we especially appreciated the games, which were a fun bonus. The location is perfect: close to the beach and Atlantic Ave, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was the best of both worlds. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!
