Fines & Damage Policy Guests are responsible for any stains, damages, or missing items during their stay. • Removable stains: $50 per item • Non-removable stains (linens/towels): $100 per item • Non-removable stains (sofa, mattress, rugs, curtains): $200 • Hair dye, bleach, oil, or bodily fluid stains: replacement cost • Excessive cleaning: $500 • Smoking inside the property: $500 fee • Lost/damaged items: charged at repair or replacement cost All charges will be documented and processed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
