King tides are higher tides than normal due to the lunar pattern and are set to occur on the above dates. Two times per day(12 hours apart) and typically lasting 2-3 hours, the tide will rise to a level that will cause severe flooding on the main access road to the property. Cars are still able to make it to the parking spaces, which are typically on high enough ground to be dry, but you must drive slowly and with caution. There have been times when the tide was so high that there is water when stepping out of your vehicle. We recommend having flip flops available. It's a unique Waterworld experience and one of the joys of living so close to the ocean =) 475 square feet and located on the second floor. The unit is private, with 1 designated parking spot and a private entrance. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools necessary to cook your favorite gourmet meal. You can enjoy a romantic dinner with waterway views, and after head onto the couch and enjoy Netflix. The bedroom is just off the living area and has a dream sleep King size mattress where you can rest your eyes and sleep well for tomorrow's adventure. The master bath is located just off the bedroom and has a full-size shower/bath combo. Start off every morning sitting with a fresh cup of coffee from our provided Kuerigg while you sit out on your private balcony and enjoy the waterway views filled with sailboats and million-dollar homes. Getting to the Beach: We are just 1.3 miles to the beach with many options besides a car to get you there within minutes! Door-to-door shuttle service via the CIRCUIT App will pick you up and drop you off when you make a request through an Uber-like app. We also love riding bikes to the beach. You will find plenty of bike parking all around downtown and the beach to safely lock up your bike. Walking is another excellent option for those looking for a little exercise. On foot, the walk takes you through Las Olas isles which is a chain of finger islands made up of mega yachts, sailboats, and mansion views. The walk takes approximately 25 minutes which is rewarded with white sand and beautiful blue refreshing warm water. Of course, you can also drive which takes 4 minutes. Cleanliness: We are committed to providing our guests with the utmost cleanliness during these uncertain times. Besides our stringent routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization to treat known pathogens.
