Black bears are the least aggressive of bears and when left alone will leave you alone. Most definitely enjoy the bears from the comfort of our home but NEVER approach a bear. Cleanliness: We are committed to providing our guests with the utmost cleanliness so you can relax in comfort during your stay. Besides our stringent routine cleaning procedures, we use the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the CDC. We greatly value our cleaners as an integral part of our team and therefore happily pay them livable wages. Also, because they work their tails off and deserve it =)

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am No Parties Minimum age 25 For guest security we do have a outside Ring doorbell camera and Flood light camera
Other Details to Note
Being we are in a mountain forest setting you can expect to see wildlife like black bears, deers, jack rabbits, and birds. Most people have a fear of bears but they are docile and when left alone they will leave you alone. We encourage you to enjoy their beauty from afar but please Do not Feed the wildlife or approach them. If you encounter a black bear on a hike, remain still; stand your ground but slowly wave your arms and make lots of noise. Help the bear recognize you as a human. It may come closer or stand on its hind legs to get a better look or smell. A standing bear is usually curious, not threatening.

You will need a vehicle to get around or ride sharing like Uber and Lyft is readily available. Any vehicle(including 2 wheel drive) can easily navigate our well maintained road, even in winter.
