Had a wonderful stay! My husband was recovering from surgery and the house was the perfect place. It was peaceful and private. We loved sitting out by the pool in the morning and walking around the neighborhood. Tom is an excellent host. Very accessible and accommodating. We will definitely be back and have even referred our friends to Tom’s property.

We were extremely grateful with this great find. It was clean and cozy. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood on our way to the Tennis Davis Cup. It was peaceful yet very close to the night life if we wanted to go out and listen to live music. We are saving this one for our next trip to South Florida.

Tom was great, the area is beautiful & peaceful, not over crowded at all! Everything was easy to figure out too! Pleasantly surprised by how easy the walk to the beach was, I’m 66, need to get the steps in anyway. I’ll definitely be back 😃

Our group of 7 had a great stay! The game room was great for watching football while playing darts and pool, and the location was only 15 minutes from the downtown breweries. I have absolutely no complaints and would stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Thomas’s place. Communication was excellent from the very beginning – he was always quick to reply, clear with instructions, and very kind. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location right on the canal. Check-in with the smart lock was smooth even though we arrived late at night, and all the house rules were clear and easy to follow.
We really appreciated Thomas’s thoughtful messages during our stay, making sure everything was going well without ever being intrusive. The location is perfect – quiet, yet close to restaurants, the beach, and downtown.
Overall, it was a five-star experience, and we would be happy to stay here again next time we visit Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location was excellent and so convenient. The place had everything we needed—including beach chairs and an umbrella—which made our trip even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just perfect. We loved it and will definitely be staying here again.

Great spot for our extended weekend stay. Close to civilization and Asheville's offerings, but remote and private (best of both worlds). The house instructions were super helpful for things like figuring out how to operate the gas grill (which had a direct gas line as opposed to a propane tank). Catherine is super responsive and clearly cares about providing great accommodations. Will definitely check to see if her house is available if/when we come back to Asheville!

My friends and I had a great weekend getaway at Tom’s place. The Airbnb was really cute and spacious for the 3 of us. We loved the location and found getting around to be very easy. We enjoyed some time in the pool as well :)

I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond to accommodate me on very short notice, and their quick response made all the difference. The place was spotless and comfortable, but my favorite part was definitely the balcony, it was the perfect spot to relax. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again.

Catherine was wonderful to work with. The location was close to downtown Asheville, hiking spots, great restaurants, and more. The home was beautiful and had fun things for everyone to enjoy.
